Stanley J Evans Sculpture Retrospective Exhibition

The Sculptors Society Gold Coast is proud to present a special exhibition showcasing the extraordinary work of Stan Evans.

Stan’s professional background in dentistry and the resulting study of anatomy has allowed him to create sculptures that vividly reflect the human body. His projects cover many other subjects including animals and objects.

Stan Evans brings a level of precision and detail honed by his profession that gives him the unique ability to recreate lifelike features with remarkable accuracy –whether capturing the human form, the nuances of nature, or the delicate intricacies of smaller-scale works. His sculptures reflect not only his technical expertise but also an exceptional level of patience and dedication, traits that set him apart as a true artisan in the world of sculpture.

The opening night is free to attend, featuring a wet bar, catered refreshments, and raffles for guests. This exhibition will afford attendees the opportunity to purchase pieces of this talented artist.

For those unable to attend the opening event, the exhibition will be open during additional hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 7pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 1pm, until 10 January 2025.
