Close out Seniors Month by letting your hair down and experience the joy of movement for wellness, mobility and connection.
We’re teaming up with our friends from the inclusive dance company, Bring A Plate for a seniors dance party that is fun, footloose and freewheeling.
Suitable for all abilities, this event is a chance to, literally and metaphorically, let your hair down and experience the joy of movement for wellness, mobility, connection and a mighty fine time.
Join us for 45mins of movement and followed by a light morning tea provided complimentary.
Seniors are welcome to bring their kids, grandkids, friends and neighbours. No dance partners or dancing experience required.
Pre-registration is favourable, however walk ups on the day are more than welcome.
