Gain the knowledge and confidence to teach essential driving skills and help ensure your learner driver is road ready.

Statistics show that when a learner driver first gets their P-plates, their risk of a serious crash is 6 times higher.

Supervising a learner driver can be a challenging responsibility and you are normally the biggest influence in shaping your learner's future as a safe driver.

This free workshop is designed to arm you with the knowledge and confidence needed to teach essential driving skills and ensure the learner driver you supervise is ready for the road.

Hosted by the Department of Transport and Main Roads, and proudly supported by the City of Gold Coast, this workshop includes:

  • key insights into challenges faced by learner drivers
  • information to address common pitfalls in practical driving tests
  • tailored advice to help you ensure your learner driver is road ready.
