The Nautique WWA Wakeboard World Championships brings together the sports most decorated athletes from across the globe to represent their respective countries towed behind the all-new Super Air Nautique G23. The final event of the Nautique Wake Series, the World Championships is a place where riders of all ages, and skill levels have the opportunity to compete at an elite level in search of the elusive and coveted World title.
Wakeboarding is a thrilling towed water sport where a rider, standing on a wakeboard (similar to a snowboard), is towed behind boat across its wake. The rider uses the wakes generated by the boat to jump and perform various tricks like flips, spins, and grabs. It’s a combination of water skiing, snowboarding, and surfing techniques. At the professional level, be on the lookout for ‘double flips’ where the rider does two flips in one jump or a 1080 degree spin!
With athletes of all levels competing, you'll witness both the raw talent of up-and-coming stars and the mind-blowing mastery of seasoned professionals!
