Find out about Australia’s native bees. The tiny stingless bees produce sugarbag honey, a highly-prized food of Australia’s original inhabitants.

Join our native bee expert to find out more about these amazing and interesting pollinators.

See where the native bees live in the Botanic Gardens and how you could have a hive at your own home.

Meet your guide at the Friends' Centre 10 minutes before the walk starts. This is a free walk but donations are appreciated.

Please observe social distancing.
