Bend the Air - National Finals

Bend The Air (BTA) is a premier national circus competition that showcases the best aerialists, acrobats, and circus performers from all over Australia. BTA's 2024 season comprises five regional events that take place in various cities across the country. The season culminates in an epic grand final on the Gold Coast, where the country's winners will be crowned.

BTA's popularity continues to grow year after year, with over 1500 soloists and 300 studios registering to compete in last year's competition. This year, BTA anticipates an even bigger turnout, demonstrating the competition's commitment to fostering talent and providing a platform for emerging artists to showcase their skills.

Each regional event showcases the performers' unique talents and diverse skill sets, with a focus on promoting individuality, artistic expression, and entertainment value. The competition is open to competitors of all skill levels, from amateur to pre-professional, and is divided into three main categories: Aerial Addicts, Acro Fanatics, and Circus Freaks.
